Its kitchenette was well-equipped with essential cookware and an electric kettle, allowing for convenient meal preparation, a luxury that often justifies the price. The motel's location is advantageous, just a twenty-minute walk to the city center and close to the University. This proximity adds significant value for travelers keen on exploring Dunedin. the availability of free parking was a practical feature that alleviated the stress of city driving. While the overall ambiance was pleasant, what truly stood out was the attentiveness of the staff, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The free Wi-Fi was also reliable, an essential for both leisure and communication, particularly for someone invested in educational pursuits. In considering the amenities and service offered, Owens Motel presents a wise choice for those seeking quality accommodations without excessive expenditure.
